Add milk to onion slices and toss to coat.

Mix together the breading for the onions and then dip the milk soaked onion rings into the breadcrumb mixture.

spread the onions out on a baking pan and bake until crispy.

Blanch the green beans.

Saute the garlic in olive oil and then add flour to create a roux for the sauce. Whisk in coconut milk.

Add the mushrooms and thyme and cook until the sauce thickens. Add a bit of cornstarch mixed with water if you want to thicken it more.

Place the green beans in a baking dish and top with the mushrooms auce.

Add the crispy onions on top and bake for 15 minutes until heated through.
