One-on-One Coaching Sessions

In this program, we meet virtually a total of four times over six weeks. Calls and communication will be conducted online via Zoom, text and email. 


The first meeting is a discovery call which we will schedule prior to beginning YOUR customized coaching program.  During this 45-minute meeting we will discuss your health concerns and goals as well as how I can assist you down the path to a healthier life.


Following this initial meeting, we will schedule 3 additional  50-minute bi-weekly meetings where we will discuss your program, progress and I will provide you with materials and information to guide you along the way.


In addition to our meetings, I will provide the following:


                       Email recap following each session.

Unlimited text/email support between sessions. 

Weekly check-ins initiated by me via text/email to include prompts, questions and encouragement to help keep you motivated.

• Weekly recipes and tips personalized to your appropriate meal strategy.

What's required of you?


Enrolling in this FREE offer does require a time commitment from you.  In most cases, no more than one hour with me each week or every other week and the time to complete forms at start of program.
