Combine the flours, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl and whisk together.

Combine the sugars, vanilla, oat milk, apple cider, apple sauce, and apple cider vinegar in another bowl. Whisk until the sugar is slightly dissolved.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix just to combine.

Use a pitcher to transfer the batter to the doughnut pan filling up each insert no more than three-quarters of the way full.

Bake until a toothpick comes out clean!

Transfer to a rack to cool.

Brush with coconut oil or butter.
