Pulse the red and garlic a few times in a food processor to chop.

Add the parsley, mushrooms, and cilantro. Pulse until the mushrooms and coarsely chopped.

Add the black beans, tomatoes, cumin and salt. Pulse again to mix together.

Add the oats and quinoa and pulse again.

Se sure you don't over process the mixture. You want it to maintain some texture.

Shape into patties and lay them out on a parchment lined tray.

Bake in the oven and flip over halfway through the cooking time.
