Easy to make!  Kid-friendly snack!  Great flavor and an easy way to sneak veggies into snacks and meals.

Cooked quinoa Cooked broccoli Cheddar cheese Parmesan cheese Leek Egg and egg whites Salt & pepper Garlic powder

Combine the quinoa, broccoli, both cheeses, leek, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Whisk together the egg and egg whites.

Add the egg to the broccoli and quinoa mixture. Stir to mix well.

Shape the mixture into one tablespoon balls and place on a sprayed baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
