What Ingredients Do You Need To Make This Easy Flatbread Pizza Dough

Mix together all the wet ingredients along with the salt in a small bowl or pitcher.  Give it a stir to dissolve the salt.


Add the dry ingredients to the bowl of your food processor with the dough blade fitted to the bowl.  Pulse quickly one or two times to combine the ingredients.


With the food processor turned on low, add the water to the flour in a steady stream.


Sprinkle your work surface liberally with flour and transfer the dough. Sprinkle some more flour over the top of the dough and use your fingers to flatten it out slightly.


Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to desired thickness. Turning the dough over as needed and keeping both the top and bottom well-floured.


Carefully remove the hot pizza pan or stone from the oven and sprinkle lightly with semolina or cornmeal.


Return the stone to the oven and cook for 5-8 minutes to partially bake the crust. Remove from the oven.


Now the crust is ready for you to add your favorite toppings. Return the flatbread pizza crust to the oven to cook until the toppings are hot and the cheese is melted, usually 6-8 minutes.
