Easy Quinoa Burgers

Ingredients in  No Bean Veggie Burgers

Quinoa Garlic Red Onion Zucchini Carrots Flour Gluten Salt and black pepper

Cook the quinoa until tender.

Chop the onions and garlic until finely minced.

Cook the onions and garlic in a pan.

When they're golden brown and tender, remove from heat and cool.

Combine the cooked quinoa, cooked veggies, carrots and zucchini in a bowl.

Add the flour and gluten to the bowl.

Stir together until well mixed.

Portion out the mixture and shape into patties. Bake at 400 degrees F 15 minutes on each side.
