What Ingredients Do You Need To Make
Easy Vegan Garlic Aioli

Apple Cider Vinegar
You want to cut across the top of the head of garlic to expose the tips of the garlic underneath.
Then rub the exposed tops
with olive oil.
Wrap the garlic in foil to cook and put it on a baking pan. Add just a bit of water to the pan so the garlic doesn’t dry out. Cook until soft.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before squeezing out the roasted garlic from the cooked heads.
Soak cashews overnight and assemble the ingredients
to make aioli.
Place the cashews, water, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, and salt in a blender. When the head of garlic has cooled enough squeeze the garlic out and add to the blender. Blend it all up until creamy.
