Preheat the oven to 400° F and wrap the tortilla in foil. Heat just to warm them up. They don’t need to be super hot.

Mash the beans and mix with the taco seasoning.

Add one tablespoon of black beans to the top of each tortilla and spread it out to the edges.

Add the corn, onion and cilantro over the top.

Tightly roll each tortilla and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with the seam side down. Brush the tops lightly with canola or sunflower oil.

Bake in preheated 400°F oven for 20 minutes. Turn them over halfway through the cooking time and brush the top side with a bit of oil.
