Saute the onions and green pepper with oil over medium-high heat for five minutes stirring frequently to prevent burning.

Add the garlic and jalapenos and cook 1-2 minutes longer stirring occasionally.

Add the green chilies, cumin, coriander, oregano, beans, and corn to the pot.

Add the veggie broth and bring it to a low boil. Then cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.

Add the masa harina to thicken up the chili. Taste and season with salt and pepper, and adjust seasoning as needed.

While the chili is cooking, prep up the toppings you are planning to serve with it. When ready, serve it up in bowls and top it with your favorite toppings.
