Place the tofu in a container or baking dish. Pour the marinade over the top and toss to cover all the tofu. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, turning onceduring the marinating time.
Place the sliced peppers and onions for your tofu fajitas in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon canola oil, fajita seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Toss veggies to coat all the pieces.
While the veggies are cooking, heat a skillet or grill pan to cook the tofu. When the skillet is hot, place the tofu to cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally to brown each side.
