Measure out the milk and add vinegar.  Make the chia egg. Set both aside. 


Combine the flours, baking soda, salt and pumpkin spice in a bowl and stir with a whisk.


Combine the milk and chia egg. Use a whisk to disperse the chia evenly. 


Add the dry ingredients to the chia and milk mixture. Mix with a whisk or spoon until most clumps are gone. It may stay slightly lumpy.


Add the berries and gently stir with a wooden spoon until everything is mixed together.


Cook your pancakes in a non-stick skillet. 


Flip when the edges are dry and you see the tiny bubbles on top pop and don’t fill back in.


Cook until golden brown on the second side and cooked in the middle.
