Easy Kale Salad with Tahini Dressing

Remove the kale leaves from the stalks and trim out any remaining thick veins.

Submerge the kale in water to wash it.

Dry in a salad spinner or on a baking tray lined with a clean towel.

Massage the oil into the kale leaves.

Combine the tahini with the balsamic, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir until creamy. Add water for a thinner consistency if desired.

Top the kale with the apples, red onion, chickpeas, cranberries and walnuts. Serve with the tahini dressing.
