Cook the leeks, fennel, garlic, and carrots in oil until leeks are softened on saute in your Instant pot.

Add the diced tomatoes with liquid, lentils, mushrooms, miso, and veggie broth to the veggies.

Mix it up and cover with the lid. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.

Use natural release for 10 minutes. and then quick release to let out remaining pressure.

Add the thyme, marjoram, salt, and pepper to the pot of lentil stew. Turn on the saute setting again and add the kale to the pot.
