For rounded ravioli, fold the wonton in half to make a triangle. Use a 3 inch round cookie cutter to cut wontons.  Separate excess and stack up the rounded wonton skins.

Prep up the  wonton wrappers

Fill each wonton skin with a heaping tablespoon. Dip your finger in water and apply to edges of wonton. Fold one side over the filling and tightly press the edges.

Fill & fold the wonton ravioli

Use a fork to press edges together for decoration and better sealing.

Lay wonton ravioli on a tray once filled.

To cook, heat water to low boil.  Add the wonton ravioli in batches and cook for 2 minutes.

Vegetarian Wonton Ravioli Expert Tips

Keep wontons covered with damp towel while working.

Don't overfill the wonton raviolis.

Don't overcrowd the pot when cooking the ravioli. 

Use a slotted spoon to remove wonton raviolis from pot.  Drain well.
