Mash the bananas until smooth!

Add the pumpkin to the bowl and mix with the banana.

Add the sugar.

Now add the milk, flax meal, sugar, and vanilla and mix until combined.

Combine the baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and both flours in a small bowl. Stir together with a whisk.

Add the dry ingredients to the muffin batter and mix just until combined.
