Cook the bell pepper, celery and onions using the saute setting of electric pressure cooker.
When veggies are tender add the seasoning, bay leaves, tomato paste, red beans, sausage and to the pot.
Mix it together and then cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Use natural release and then remove the lid.
While the beans cook, prepare the rice.
When beans are finished cooking, season with salt and pepper.
Serve up cornbread or hush puppies!
