Layout the tofu pieces in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the top. Marinate overnight or throughout the day, about 8 hours. Turning it occasionally so all the tofu gets marinated.
When ready to cook, place grapeseed oil in a cast iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish and place it in the oven. Preheat the oven to 400° F with the skillet inside. When the oven is fully heated, remove the skillet from the oven and place the tofu in a single layer in the skillet. Return to the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through the cooking time.
