• Use a temperature setting of 375-400° F to cook the tofu. •To bake tofu, cut into squares or rectangles, you can move it around more frequently to cook it on all the sides. • Lay the marinated tofu on an oiled or sprayed baking sheet and place it in the preheated oven. • Cook for 10-15 minutes on each side, turning it over halfway through.

The first step is choosing the marinade you want to use to add flavor to your tofu. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl for the marinade and set aside. Remove block of tofu from the package and press it to get rid of any excess water prior to adding it to the marinade.

After pressing the tofu, cut the tofu into cubes (top) or into slices for steaks (bottom). Tofu can also be crumbled up to make flavored tofu crumbles. With the lid attached you can flip the container over to make sure all areas of the tofu are covered with the marinade. Let the tofu sit in the marinade for at least 20 minutes.
