What Ingredients Do You Need To Make These Blueberry Chia Pancakes

Measure out the soy milk and add vinegar. Let it sit while you continue gathering the rest of the ingredients. Make the chia egg and set it aside.
Combine the flours, baking soda, salt and pumpkin spice and stir
with a whisk.
Transfer the chia egg to a large bowl. Add the milk to the chia egg. Use a whisk to disperse the chia evenly.
Add the dry ingredients to the chia and milk mixture. Mix with a whisk or spoon until most clumps are gone. It may stay slightly lumpy.
Add the berries and gently stir with a wooden spoon until everything
is mixed together.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. When hot add vegan blueberry pancake batter to the pan using a ¼ cup measure for regular-sized vegan blueberry pancakes.
When the chia pancakes begin to dry around the edges and the tiny bubbles pop and don’t fill back in, flip them over.
Cook until golden brown on the second side and cooked
in the middle.
