INGREDIENTS TO MAKE VEGAN CHILI

olive oil onion garlic jalapeno beans lentils canned tomatoes chili powder garlic & onion powder red pepper flakes oregano cumin zucchini corn

Saute the onions until soft. Then add cooked beans to the pot.

Add the dry lentils, followed by the corn.

Add tomatoes and diced zucchini.

Add all the spices to the pot of vegan chili and finish off with water.

Simmer for 25 minutes to cook the lentils and meld all the yummy flavors!

Serve up with tortilla chips, pico, avocado or any other fave chili toppings!
