INGREDIENTS TO MAKE VEGAN PEPPERMINT BARK
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
Add the peppermint extract to the dark chocolate. Set aside.
Repeat the process of melting the white chocolate using the same method.
Spread the dark chocolate out on a parchment lined baking tray.
Drizzle the white chocolate over the top of the dark chocolate and top with crushed peppermint candies.
Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to set. When completely hard, use a knife to break up into pieces.
Ready to eat after chocolate sets!!
