INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

Chop fresh spinach in food processor.

Boil in water for 30 seconds and plunge into ice water.

Cook onion and garlic until soft.

Add cauliflower...

and the white wine and broth and cook until cauliflower is very tender.

Combine cooked cauliflower, nutritional yeast, tofu, miso, salt, pepper & mustard in a blender and blend until smooth.

Mix chopped artichokes, squeezed spinach and cauliflower sauce together.

Mix in some vegan cheese and bake until hot and bubbly!

Serve it up with veggie sticks, tortilla chips, toasts or crackers!
