Cook the onions and garlic in a skillet until tender. Add the spinach and cook just until wilted.

Transfer veggies to blender. Add the basil, nutritional yeast, walnuts, and coconut milk.

Cook the pasta according to package directions and then drain well.

Combine pasta, tomatoes, and sauce and mix together. Serve with more walnuts on top.
