Add the milk, broth, and herbs to the pot and cook to infuse liquid with flavor. Strain and add salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Saute the carrots, onion, and garlic in olive oil until softened.

Add the mushrooms, zucchini and bell pepper and cook to soften and release the water in the veggies.

Add the peas.

Stir in the creamy sauce and mix to combine all the ingredients.

Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.

Top with breadcrumbs and bake until bubbly and heated through.
