Coat the tofu in a mixture of cornstarch, jerk seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook it in the air fryer or oven until heated and crispy.

Cook the onions and colorful bell peppers in coconut oil until slightly softened.

Add the garlic, chile pepper, and seasoning. Cook for one minute.

Add the vegetable broth, coconut milk, and nutritional yeast to the veggies.

Cook until it bubbles. Remove a bit of sauce from the pan and mix with cornstarch. Add it back to the pan and cook to thicken. Adjust the salt and pepper to taste.

Add the tofu and cooked pasta to the pot and mix together. Garnish with green onion for serving.
