Olive oil Onion Mushrooms Garlic Tomato paste Coconut aminos Rosemary & Thyme Flour Broth Veggie Crumbles Peas & Carrots Salt & Pepper

Boil and mash potatoes then add the broth, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper

Saute the onions until softened and then add the mushrooms to cook. Then add the garlic.

Sprinkle the flour over the top of the mushrooms, stir, and cook for one minutes.

Add the coconut aminos or soy sauce, tomato paste, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Add the vegetable broth and cook until it thickens. Add the peas and carrots and the crumbles or lentils.

Transfer the veggie mixture to a baking dish and top with the mashed potatoes.

Spread the mashed potatoes over the top evenly and bake in the oven.
