INGREDIENTS TO MAKE STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Gently remove the stems from the mushroom caps.

Brush white wine over the mushroom caps and sprinkle with salt and pepper,

Chop up the mushroom stems, onions and garlic in a food processor.

Add the walnuts to the food processor and pulse to chop.

Mix together the chopped ingredients with lentils, olive oil and breadcrumbs. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Add a heaping amount of stuffing to the mushrooms pressing it down into the cap.

Line the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Vegetarian stuffed mushrooms are yummy straight from the oven or at room temp!
