Saute the onions and green pepper with oil over medium-high heat for five minutes stirring frequently to prevent burning.

Add the garlic and jalapenos and cook 1-2 minutes longer.

Add the green chilies, cumin, coriander, oregano, beans, and corn to the pot.

Add the veggie broth and bring it to a low boil. Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.

Add the masa harina to thicken up the chili. Taste and season with salt and pepper, and adjust seasoning as needed.

Prep up your toppings while the chili cooks and serve them up together when ready1
