Infuse the soy milk with the aromatics.

Cook the olive oil and flour to make a roux aka paste. Then add the milk and cook until creamy.

Cook the onions, garlic and carrots until tender.

Add the rest of the veggies to the skillet. Then mix with the cooked pasta and sauce.

Combine the breadcrumbs and herbs and seasonings.
