Learn how to tune into your body's needs and re-engage with hunger and satiety. We also begin to explore how food makes you feel.

Self-Care & Moving Intuitively

Switch your mindset surrounding exercise and identify the ways you can relieve stress to support your journey.

Food isn't Good or Bad

Giving yourself unconditional permission to eat all foods eliminates the power of food and repairs your relationship with food.

Benefits of working in a group

  • Less expensive – working with a coach can be costly and often not covered by insurance despite there being a medical need. Group work offers support and encouragement to help you reach your health goals without breaking the bank.
  • Group dynamic – working with a coach in a group setting has the benefit of learning from others and how they cope with similar issues, realizing you aren’t alone in your struggles, and you have an immediate support group and accountability all wrapped up in one package.
  • Frequency and access - more frequent meetings and access to facebook group in between meetings to stay connected and accountable with others in the group

Individual One-on-One Coaching

For more personalized coaching and attention with Intuitive Eating, Individual One-on-One sessions are available.  

Individual coaching is available in 6-week (3 :50 minute sessions) or 12-month packages (6 :50 minute sessions).  

During these meetings the topics and discussions are completely individualized and tailored to your needs.

Calls and communication are conducted online via Zoom, text and email.

In addition to our meetings, I will provide the following:

  • Email recap following each session.
  • Unlimited text/email support between sessions.
  • Weekly check-ins initiated by me via text/email to include prompts, questions and encouragement to help keep you motivated.
  • Weekly recipes and tips personalized to your appropriate meal strategy.
