1poundbroccolicut into florets
1poundcauliflowercut into florets
Spray oil

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 160° C.
Spread the broccoli and cauliflower out in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Spray with vegetable oil of choice. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes. Shake them around halfway through to move the broccoli and cauliflower around.
Notes
The timing is based on a preheated air fryer. If you skip the preheat or don’t have that setting you may need to adjust the time as the broccoli and cauliflower may cook more quickly or slowly.Cut the florets into similar-sized small pieces so they cook evenly.It’s ok to layer the florets on top of one another but don’t overfill the air fryer. If you need to make a double batch, you may need to cook in batches.
