Ingredients
1mangodiced small
½cupred oniondiced small
1small spicy pepperaji amarillo, jalapeno or serrano
1limejuiced
3tablespooncilantrominced
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Additions
½cupred bell pepperdiced small
¼cupcucumberdiced small
½avocadodiced small
Instructions
Cut the mango and red onion into small similar sized pieces. Do the same with the red bell pepper, cucumber, and avocado if you're using them.
Cut the spicy pepper in half and trim out the membrane and discard the seeds, then chop it into extra fine small pieces.
Place all the diced fruit and veggies in a small bowl. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the top. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Make this 5-ingredient salsa as close to the serving time as possible for the best flavor.Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It tastes best the first day but may last 2-3 days. But mango is relatively delicate and won’t last so long after it’s cut.
