This easy peanut sauce recipe is made with just five simple ingredients. It makes a great peanut sauce to add to noodles, drizzle over a salad, or add to a grain bowl. Even better, it requires only five minutes to make.
Place peanuts and coconut oil into a blender. Blend to chop the peanuts. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
Add hot water 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
