It’s easy to make a Starbucks pineapple matcha drink at home! Using fresh ingredients this copycat recipe delivers all the flavors you expect at a fraction of the cost and in a healthier way!
Place the pineapple and ginger in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the matcha and sweetener if you’re using it.
Pour coconut milk into a glass with ice and pour the matcha mixture on top. Alternatively you can mix everything together and serve in a carafe or pitcher.
Garnish with pineapple slices and fresh mint.
Notes
Make sure your matcha is fresh! Store leftovers in a pitcher or a mason jar with a lid. It will keep for up to three days in the refrigerator. Freeze the pineapple, matcha, and ginger mixture for up to three months in individual containers. Thaw out a serving and add your milk. Choose a ripe pineapple for a sweeter flavor.
