Ingredients
4roma tomatoes
½red onion
1-2jalapenos
½cupcilantro leavesloosely packed
Juice of 1-2 limes
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut all the ingredients up into medium sized chunks.
Place everything into a blender or food processor. Pulse to chop but not puree.
After processing the vegetables, taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
