Mix together everything except the chia seeds in a bowl until they are fully combined.
Add the chia seeds and mix well with a whisk to disperse the chia seeds.
Transfer to jars or serving glasses and place the chia pudding into the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.

Tips for BEST Results:Don't overdo the cayenne pepper, the final cacao chia pudding should simply have a hint of the spice. If you don't enjoy spicy flavors simply leave it out.Serve up your cacao chia pudding recipe with fresh fruit. Berries, bananas and pineapple are some of my favorite fruits to combine with chocolate.If taking on the go, make the chia pudding in jars.To serve up these cacao chia seed pudding as an elegant dessert, mix it well in a bowl and then immediately transfer it to the serving dish and allow it to set in the dish you plan to use for serving up your dessert.Eat your chia pudding within 3-5 days for most freshness. Stir well before eating, especially if prepared in jars. The chia may settle towards the bottom and the consistency may not be even throughout the jar.
