Make up a batch of easy lemon tahini salad dressing in just minutes! It's the perfect addition to a grain bowl, salad or even pasta! It's super quick and easy to make with only 3 ingredients plus a bit of water and some salt and pepper. Ready to use in less than five minutes!
Grate the clove of garlic with a microplane or small grater. Chop more if it’s still too chunky. You want it smooth, so it mixes in with the other ingredients.
Squeeze the lemon juice into the bowl of tahini and add the lemon zest.
Gradually add in about ½ cup of warm or hot water until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. For a vegan tahini sauce use a bit less water and for vegan tahini dressing you will want to add the entire amount so it drizzles more easily.
Taste and add salt and pepper as desired. If you prefer it to have more lemon flavor you can add more juice.
