Combine milk and 1 cup of berries in a blender or food processor and pulse until well-blended. Place quick oats and chia into jar(s) or container(s).
Add milk to the jars. Seal with lid and shake well to combine.
Allow to sit in refrigerator overnight or until all the liquid is absorbed. Oats and chia will soak up the milk while they are sitting.
When ready to eat top with semi-frozen mixed berries and chopped almonds.
Notes
You can substitute any type of plant-based or other milk you prefer, but it will change the nutritional information a bit.Also, if you want to use dried berries, simply soak them for 10 minutes in hot water to allow them to plump back up. The drain off the liquid and continue prepping your recipe.
