Place milk and half the bananas, process until smooth and creamy. Then add remaining frozen bananas, cacao, vanilla, cinnamon and sweetener as desired.
Transfer to serving bowls and add your toppings.

Tips for a successful smoothie bowl

Use cold milk when you are making your smoothie bowl to ensure a thick consistency.
Add the bananas in slowly to make blending easier.
Invest in a good blender.
Best eaten immediately, it doesn’t really travel well or refreeze well.
