Notes
Tips for BEST Results:Apples turn brown almost as soon as you peel or grate them. To keep them from turning, toss them with a bit of lemon or lime juice immediately after grating.Be sure to toast the walnuts. Toasting walnuts changes the flavor and also crisps them up a little which enhances the texture in the salad.Use a thicker greek style yogurt to make this recipe. The greek yogurt is replacing mayonnaise which is commonly used in this type of recipe and will give a texture more closely like the mayonnaise.Use fresh orange juice, especially since you need the orange zest anyway.
