Instructions
Place the black beans, onion, jalapeno, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, oregano, cilantro and lime juice in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Then blend again. Taste and adjust any seasonings as desired. Transfer to a dish and garnish with pumpkin seeds and cilantro leaves.
Notes
Pulse in short bursts to leave it a bit chunky.
