Mix together everything except the chia seeds in a bowl until they are fully combined.
Add the chia seeds and mix well with a whisk to disperse the chia seeds.
Transfer to jars or serving glasses and place the chia pudding into the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.
Tips for BEST Results:Don't overdo the cayenne pepper, the final cacao chia pudding should simply have a hint of the spice. Stir well before eating, especially if prepared in jars. The chia may settle towards the bottom and the consistency may not be even throughout the jar.
