A delicious and healthy baked vegan oatmeal packed full of berries and lightly sweetened with maple syrup and banana. Perfect for every day or special occasions.
In a large mixing bowl, add rolled oats, baking powder, vanilla, chia, cinnamon, salt, almond milk, maple syrup, and mashed banana.
Mix all the ingredients together and then add the blueberries and stir to combine throughout the mixture.
Transfer to a 10 inch tart dish or 9 inch pie plate coated with baking spray.
Bake for 30 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
