Mix together the oils, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the oats and almonds, stirring to coat well.
Cover your baking sheet pan with parchment paper, then spread out granola on top.
Place in the oven and cook for 40 minutes stirring at least once half way through.
When granola is a light golden brown, remove from oven and sprinkle the pumpkin seeds, cranberries and coconut over the top, lightly pressing it down into the granola.
Allow the granola to completely cool on the baking sheet before breaking it up and storing it in an airtight container.

Makes about 6 cups of granola. Nutrition is based on a serving size of ½ cup.
