Expert Tips:
Start with the best lemons. Choose lemons in the market that have a little give when you squeeze them for maximum juiciness.
Use fresh lemon juice. The flavor is worth the effort.
Serve up cucumber mint lemonade super cold. Keep it refrigerated and pour over lots of ice and maybe even a frozen glass!
Don’t forget to strain the solids off after blending. It’s ok if a few get through but you don’t want too much pulp in it.
Roll your lemons first. This step releases more juice from the lemons for more flavor.
Use a spoon if squeezing isn't working. If you are having a tough time squeezing, use a spoon to release the juice in the lemon half. It's ok if you get a little pulp in there since we will be straining later.
