Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop the avocado from the peel and place into a blender. Squeeze limes into the blender and add the onion, cilantro, parsley, oil and vinegar.
Cover with the lid and pulse until smooth and fully combined. If the sauce is too thick for you, add a bit of water to thin it out. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
Tips for BEST Results:For the best flavor use fresh lime juice. Make sure your avocado is ripe and soft enough that it will blend up smoothly.If storing in the refrigerator be sure to store it in an airtight container and eat within five days. The lime juice in the sauce keeps it from turning brown. For the creamiest texture make the avocado sauce in a blender or food processor.
