1

Break the tofu up into medium-sized pieces and place them in a medium bowl.  You can also cut tofu cubes if you prefer a more uniform look.

2

Add cornstarch to the tofu pieces and toss the tofu to coat all the pieces. Add more cornstarch if needed until the tofu has a thick, even coat on all the pieces.

3

Lay the tofu out on a baking sheet. Spray the top of the tofu with cooking oil and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Turn the tofu over halfway through the cooking time.

4

Mix miso with warm water in a small bowl.

5

When the miso is dissolved, add the orange juice, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sugar. Stir to mix well and dissolve the sugar.

6

Finally, add the cornstarch and sesame oil, whisking until smooth.

7

Heat coconut oil in a wok over medium-high heat. When hot, add green onions, garlic, ginger, and Sriracha to the pan. Cook stirring constantly until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

8

Add the prepared orange sauce mixture to the wok. Bring it to a boil and cook until thickened, approximately 2 minutes.

9

Add cooked tofu and orange zest to the wok and toss to coat.

10

Warm over low to medium heat until heated thoroughly, about 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately and garnish with diced green onion and sesame seeds.
