Make the cake mixture, fill the muffin tins and bake for about 10 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven and let them cool in the muffin tin.

Add the orange jelly. When the little cakes are cooled, place a dollop of marmalade (about one teaspoon) on top of each muffin. Spread out evenly in a circle smaller than the diameter of the cake.

Add the chocolate. Take a spoon and add a spoonful of melted chocolate over the top of each jelly topped cake. It's ok if it drips over the edges of the cakes.

Repeat until they are all covered.

Add the classic marks to the top. You can leave them smooth or press the tines of a fork on the top of the chocolate while it is still soft to create a crisscross pattern.

Let the chocolate set a room temperature or place them in a refrigerator to let the chocolate harden.
