Combine half the water and prickly pear in a blender and puree.


Strain the mixture over a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds.


Steep the dried hibiscus in 2 cups of hot water.


Mix the strained prickly pear juice with the hibiscus tea and add sweetener. Serve up over ice.
